Program Purpose:
The purpose of the Veterinary Assisting Career Certificate Program is to prepare students for employment as veterinary assistants or technicians.
Note: This program is only offered at the TSC Wakulla Environmental Institute in Crawfordville, Florida.
Program Length:
750 clock hours
Admission Requirements:
Note: Students must take the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) within the first semester of enrollment in the program or present evidence of allowable substitute. (Learn more.) In order to successfully complete the program, students must earn a score of 9.0 or higher in all three areas of the TABE (mathematics, language, reading).
