MAN4520 Quality Assurance and Evaluation3 credit hour(s)
This course is designed to teach how aspects of the quality management framework apply to the conduct of a project as well as the product, process, or service developed because of the project. The class will give students the skills it takes to apply a quality philosophy and standard to the projects in which they will be involved. The course will also start to prepare students for the rigorous standards of customer service, both internal and external, that are expected in project management. Contact: 3 hours.
