CCJ2950 Criminal Justice Reporting3 credit hour(s)
Prerequisite(s): CCJ1020 , CCJ2488 , CJE2600 and ENC1101 .
This course is designed as a capstone to enhance the competencies developed in the student’s prior course work. In this course, students will apply criminal justice concepts and topics through oral and written communication. This course will require students to think critically, apply knowledge and demonstrate the ethical and legal factors affecting the application of criminal justice policies and practices. Students will also apply their knowledge of the criminal justice system by conducting a mock criminal investigation(s) that links all the system actors together through case studies.
