CGS2091 Information Technology: Ethical and Legal Issues3 credit hour(s) After taking this course the student will be able to identify different types of computer crime and distinguish the various types of law applicable. Existing and emerging legislation pertaining to computer crime will be presented. The student will be exposed to various types of incidents and the proper evidence handling techniques.
