An introduction to the physical principles of diagnostic ultrasound. Basis of imaging with ultrasound is discussed. In conjunction with the lectures, supervised laboratory classes are conducted to familiarize students with the operations of the equipment. Laboratory experience will include equipment use. Contact: 2 hours. Does not count toward A.A. degree.
