BSC1005 Introduction to Biological Sciences3 credit hour(s) Prerequisite(s): Documented exemption, appropriate placement scores, or completion of developmental education reading and writing. This course applies the scientific method to critically examine and explain the natural world including but not limited to cells, organisms, genetics, evolution, ecology, and behavior. Lecture: 3 hours. Intended for nonscience majors. Cannot be used to satisfy degree requirements by students who already have credit in BSC2011 .
