The lectures are presented by several archaeologists who have actually participated in the excavations. Field trips to local archaeological sites, museums, and laboratories are included. This introductory course is designed for students with or without previous courses in archaeology. Lecture emphasized; off-campus sites visited. Lecture: 3 hours.
