Program Purpose:
To develop competent and professional biotechnicians who are proficient in entry-level biotechnology techniques and laboratory safety and who have a high degree of adaptability to changing technology.

Employment Types:
Biotechnology Lab Assistant, Quality Control Technician, Manufacturing Technician

Program Length:
61 credit hours: 46 credit hours at TCC and 15 hours at Santa Fe College

Admission Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED diploma and meet the required minimum scores on the Florida Postsecondary Education Readiness Test, SAT or ACT (or complete the necessary developmental courses)
