Engineering Technologies Support Specialist Certificate (6350)

Program Purpose:
To provide broad, transportable skills and stresses understanding and demonstration of the following elements of engineering technology and industrial applications: production materials and processes, quality assurance, engineering drawings and drafting, electronics, mechanics, instrumentation and safety. Prepares students to sit for a national manufacturing-based certification (MSSC) exam that is portable, highly recognized and crosses the boundaries into all sectors of manufacturing and industrial fields.
Program Length:
18 credit hours
Admission Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED diploma and meet the required minimum scores on the Florida Postsecondary Education Readiness Test, SAT or ACT (or complete necessary developmental courses)
