Program Purpose:
To prepare students for employment in a variety of healthcare settings. The students will apply knowledge of health information and electronic health record systems to function in a supportive role between healthcare providers and data reporting.

Health Informatics Specialist, Health Informatics Technician, Health Informatics Consultant, Data Quality Manager, EHR Manager, EHR Clinical Coordinator, EHR Product Representative
Program Length:
18 credit hours
Admission Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED diploma and meet the required minimum scores on the Florida Postsecondary Education Readiness Test, SAT or ACT (or complete the necessary developmental courses)
