Program Purpose:
To prepare students for the state nursing assistant competency examination, to serve as entry-level healthcare workers (specifically as nurse assistants) and to safely and effectively serve as part of the healthcare team.
Program Length:
120 clock hours
Admission Requirements:
Have obtained a standard high school diploma or GED diploma, successfully pass Level 2 criminal background check, successfully pass a drug screen, submit a completed health form documenting up-to-date immunizations or titers, and be CPR certified at healthcare provider level.
