Program Purpose:
To provide students with extensive training in software applications, technical support, problem solving, troubleshooting and customer service. The program prepares for employment such as user support technician or help desk assistant.

Note:
To satisfy State Board of Education Rule 6A-10.030, students must earn a grade of “C” or better in any Communications, Humanities, Social Science or Mathematics course used to fulfill general education requirements.
